Description: To create a new identity, guidelines and templates for Transport for London’s internal communication which are fit for purpose, personable and easy to understand. This involved developing and progressing the initial ideas presented and turning them into functional and workable materials that could carry a wide range of messages and tone of voice. The identity is built around TfL team characters who represent a diverse workforce.
